Hi there! I’m Tracey. Whether you’ve arrived here by accident or by design, it’s my absolute pleasure to welcome you.
I’m a fitness and lifestyle coach, writer, yoga and meditation teacher, and occasional pilates instructor. But most importantly of all, I want to help YOU enjoy a deeper, more meaningful life by becoming your healthiest and happiest self.
What I do
I want you to nourish yourself first instead of putting yourself last. I want you to feel like you have enough energy to share all your wonderful gifts and goodness with the world.
I believe that moving and fuelling your body should be a natural and normal part of your everyday life. Exercising and eating well should definitely be enjoyable, and never a cause of stress or frustration. Life’s complicated enough without limiting yourself with too many fitness rules or food restrictions. I want you to see that life can absolutely be expansive, that exercise can be both fun AND effective, and that fuelling your body right need not be overly complex.
It’s taken me many, many years to figure out exactly what works and what doesn’t. This means you’ll never have to feel like you’re starting from scratch or going it alone. Wherever you are on your journey towards health and happiness, I’m here to help guide you on your way. 🙂
Who I am
I live in Brisbane, Australia with a husband (Lee), an old dog (Baxter), two cats (Jones & Umi), and a parrot (Bruce). I teach classes and train clients locally, but my mission is to help women worldwide level up their lives. My hope is that all women will make their health and happiness a non-negotiable priority.
I love lifting weights, doing yoga, eating dark chocolate, and drinking wine. I strongly suspect I may be powered by coffee (but I have zero interest in testing out the hypothesis to know for sure). I don’t really like labels like vegetarian or vegan (they’re at once both too restrictive and too open to judgement and misinterpretation) – so I prefer to call myself plant-powered (& loving it).
If I’m not working out, doing yoga, meditating or training clients, you’ll probably find me behind my desk writing or curled up reading a book (especially a really big, chunky novel).
Other random facts…
It’s taken me many years, but I’ve finally made peace with the fact that I cry when I laugh. I love cold weather, but not early mornings – because truly, sleep is one of life’s greatest luxuries. I’ve come to appreciate the joys of drinking coconut water, but I don’t think I’ll ever enjoy sultanas in curries. I have a deep-seated fear of large grasshoppers, stick insects and other critters that move spontaneously and without warning. And yet at the same time, I’m passionate about protecting and caring for all creatures great and small.
Thanks so much for paying me a visit.
